Role Overview

This position supports the housekeeping leadership team in maintaining high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces, while also helping guide, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to ensure rooms are presented to a spotless, well-finished standard that encourages repeat visits.

  • Maintain high standards in bedrooms and public areas by following SOPs, providing relevant training, and carrying out regular inspections.
