Role responsibilities
- Carry out assembly work for dry type and cast resin transformers.
- Use hand tools accurately to complete fitting and installation tasks.
- Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings during assembly.
- Apply bolting and fastening methods to secure parts correctly.
- Support welding-related tasks when required by the production process.
- Maintain precision, speed, and quality while working on mechanical assemblies.
- Work closely with the team to meet production and project targets.
Candidate profile
- Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or ITI qualification is required.
- Must be comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical assembly processes.
- Need strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Should understand fastening techniques and basic welding work.
- Basic math, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and communication skills are expected.
