Role Overview

Jio is looking for a Talent Management Executive to support employee lifecycle activities after onboarding and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee employee activities across the post-joining lifecycle.
Make sure induction and RFR processes are completed according to the planned schedule.
Handle HR operational work on time so employees experience a seamless journey.
Carry out PMS activities within the approved timelines and as per the stated guidelines.
Complete allocated field visits in line with company rules.
Implement employee engagement programs effectively while staying within the assigned budget.
Build a strong connection with employees and assist in resolving concerns and grievances.
Maintain fundamental HR hygiene and support the IR team with compliance-related matters.
Support the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees as per company policy.

Requirements

2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree or diploma in Human Resources.
