Role Overview

This position calls for a highly experienced, strategically minded leader to manage operations across several sites in a defined region. The role focuses on improving performance, expanding the business, strengthening financial outcomes, and developing teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Create and roll out regional business plans that support company goals and growth ambitions.
Oversee the effectiveness, profitability, and day-to-day running of multiple branches, sites, or business units.
Track financial performance, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and other business indicators.
Mentor, guide, and build the capability of regional managers and leadership teams to maintain a strong performance culture.
Develop productive relationships with major customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders.
Improve operations through better processes, efficient use of resources, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Handle regional budgets, revenue goals, cost discipline, and profitability targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory obligations, safety standards, and operating procedures.
Spot market opportunities, expansion possibilities, and business development paths that can drive regional growth.
Lead change programs, transformation efforts, and strategic projects across the region.

What We’re Looking For

Substantial experience in regional leadership, multi-site operations, or senior general management roles.
Strong commercial judgment and a track record of improving financial and operational performance.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop people effectively.
Solid strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience leading large teams across multiple locations or business units.
A results-focused approach with strong accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
