Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join its Riyadh team and contribute to high-quality project delivery, with a strong focus on architectural supervision, interior fit-out, and premium hospitality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect architectural and interior fit-out activities at all stages of the project.
• Verify that high-end finishes are executed in line with design intent and project specifications.
• Work closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep the project moving successfully.
• Evaluate architectural drawings, material submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Carry out site visits and track construction progress to confirm alignment with approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Address technical issues related to architectural and interior design work during construction.
• Ensure adherence to project obligations, applicable codes, safety requirements, and hospitality sector standards.
• Draft technical reports, progress summaries, and site observation records.
• Assist project management teams in meeting timelines and quality targets.
• Take part in design review discussions and share technical input when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision is required.
• Applicants should have strong experience in hospitality projects, especially hotels and luxury developments.
• Demonstrated ability in interior design coordination and execution of premium finishes is important.
• Experience with premium hospitality brands, luxury hotels, or large mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and quality control practices is expected.
• Knowledge of Saudi building regulations, codes, and relevant industry standards is necessary.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting abilities are required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and similar design tools is needed.
• English fluency is mandatory, and Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on delivering high-standard architectural supervision for hospitality and luxury projects.
