Role Overview
Southern National Roofing is seeking Appointment Setters to work in the Charleston, South Carolina area. In this position, you will go door to door in assigned neighborhoods and book complimentary roof inspections for the company’s project management team.
No previous sales background is necessary. The company provides one week of paid training, and many new hires secure their first appointment on their first day after training.
This role is presented as a starting point for a longer-term sales career, with current managers and senior representatives having begun in this same position.
Schedule
The workweek runs Monday through Saturday, with 40 scheduled hours placed between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Transportation for the team is provided from the office.
Compensation and Pay
Compensation includes base pay, bonuses, and commissions paid weekly. The average annual earnings for this role are stated to be more than $53,000. For the first year, expected income is estimated at $40,000 to $70,000+ when hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses are combined.
Requirements
Applicants should be comfortable speaking with people in person, maintain a professional appearance, and bring a positive, driven attitude. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the office. Candidates must also be authorized to work in the United States and able to work 40 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
