About the Company
Fixl Solutions is an inventive, tech-forward organization focused on using advanced digital tools to create high-impact solutions. The team is growing and is looking for an AI Video Editor who can bring together strong editing fundamentals and modern AI-powered workflows to make polished, engaging video content.
Role Overview
This position is based in Jaipur and is suited to someone who can edit content for social media, campaigns, and client work while making smart use of AI-enabled tools to speed up and improve production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into refined video assets using both AI-assisted and conventional editing tools.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teammates to produce visually strong content for social platforms, campaigns, and client assignments.
- Use AI features for automated edits, background changes, motion tracking, and visual effects creation.
- Keep all output consistent with brand standards, narrative goals, and engagement targets.
- Track new developments in AI video editing methods, tools, and workflows.
- Handle more than one project at a time and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.
- Familiarity with AI-based editing tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, or similar products.
- Solid grasp of storytelling through visuals, editing rhythm, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Creative problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and readiness to adapt to new technology.
- Understanding of short-form video styles, especially for social media.
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications
A degree in Media, Design, Animation, or a related area is preferred but not required for candidates with strong skills.
Previous internship or freelance exposure in video editing or AI-assisted content creation is an advantage.
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be considered a plus.
