Agile / Project Manager

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile / Project Manager based in the United States to guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. This position focuses on delivering work on time and within budget while strengthening Agile ways of working and driving continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Own projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Run core Agile routines such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Set the project direction by defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Bring together teams from different functions to keep milestones on track.
• Track progress, surface risks and blockers, and manage project dependencies.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and allocation of people and other resources.
• Share clear updates, status reports, and recommendations with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Help advance Agile adoption and support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Ensure project work stays aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Keep documentation, reporting, and governance records current and organized.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master work, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and general project management practices.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams and juggling several projects at once.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and personal organization.

Preferred background

• Experience with technology, software development, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar credentials.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
• Understanding of business analysis and process improvement methods.
