Job Purpose
This role supports the property management function through administrative and document-handling work, helping day-to-day operations run smoothly and records stay accurate and well organized.
Responsibilities
- Keep records, reports, and other administrative documents up to date and properly filed.
- Assist with billing-related tasks, purchasing activities, and tracking of items or requests.
- Draft reports, meeting minutes, and other routine administrative materials.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to support operational coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Preference for candidates with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office and manage tasks in an organized manner.
Additional Information
This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite role.
