Accounting Supervisor

Role overview

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to strengthen the Finance team in Al Khobar. This position suits a professional with full-cycle accounting expertise, practical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and a strong background in ERP rollouts and financial reporting within a fast-moving business setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to ERP implementation activities, including data migration, end-user training, and assistance during go-live.
• Handle General Ledger operations and ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles.
• Manage Accounts Payable activities such as invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and withholding tax handling.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable tasks including collections, credit control, customer reconciliations, and aging reviews.
• Work with external auditors by preparing audit schedules and resolving audit queries.

Technical and domain knowledge

• Sound knowledge of financial reporting practices.
• Capability in preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations.
• Understanding of intercompany accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with IFRS requirements.
• Awareness of Saudi GAAP rules and reporting expectations.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required. The role calls for 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role or a senior General Ledger position. Strong practical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is essential across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
