Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site accounting position based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing clear and accurate statements and reports, handling month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring adherence to tax rules and compliance standards. The role also involves forecasting budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling ledger balances, and delivering financial insights that support business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in general trading.
• Prior UAE experience in a relevant accounting role is required.
• Working knowledge of Focus accounting software is expected.
• A bachelor’s degree along with finance-related certification is required.
• Strong capability in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is important.
• Applicants must understand account reconciliation and financial analysis well.
• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing is necessary.
• Good awareness of taxation rules and compliance obligations is needed.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Previous accounting or finance experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
