About the Opportunity
This role is a fast-paced, customer-facing account management position for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue across an active portfolio.
- Take ownership of an established portfolio that is both high-volume and heavily relationship-focused.
- Handle client briefs, shape appropriate solutions, and support the preparation of pitches and proposals.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts while staying accountable for overall delivery.
What You’ll Need
- A commercial mindset backed by strong customer service instincts and a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
- Comfort engaging with several stakeholders while juggling a busy inbox and multiple accounts.
- A practical, hands-on approach and ease with changing priorities, variety, and uncertainty.
- High emotional intelligence, plenty of energy, and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Experience selling B2B solutions.
