Academic Counselor

Job Summary

Curefit is looking for a driven and target-oriented Academic Counselor for Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. In this role, you will focus on promoting and selling certificate programs such as fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Sales and Revenue Growth

Turn incoming leads into course enrollments and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Identify fresh business opportunities through outreach, networking, and proactive prospecting.

Plan and execute sales approaches that increase certificate course conversions, including discounts, promotional offers, and bundle-based selling.

Customer Engagement

Handle customer questions and concerns with a service-oriented approach while representing Gold's Gym Fitness Institute professionally.

Assess each prospect's needs to recommend the most suitable course options and improve satisfaction.

Develop strong customer relationships that create a positive and lasting experience.

Sales Administration and Reporting

Maintain sales records, perform data entry, and manage lead tracking activities.

Prepare and share routine sales updates with the Sales Manager or Institute Head, including performance highlights and improvement areas.

Requirements

Prior qualification in sales, marketing, or another relevant discipline.

At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally from the education or fitness sector.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales successfully.

Working familiarity with the fitness industry, especially fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness programs.

Additional Information

This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and follows a full-time, onsite work model.
