About the internship

Bollygrad Studioz is looking for a video editing intern who is passionate about cinema and enjoys building high-energy trailers, teasers, and short-form edits. This role is ideal for someone who loves dramatic storytelling, movie-style cuts, and visually engaging content that can stand out on YouTube.

The studio is a Delhi-based film production house working on both independent productions and Bollywood projects.

What you'll do

Edit original trailers and teaser-style videos for YouTube publishing.
Shape dialogue-led scenes, song portions, and cinematic montage sequences into polished edits.
Enhance videos with music, transitions, and sound effects that strengthen the emotional impact.
Coordinate with the content team so that the visuals match the tone and identity of the channel.
Use background score, dialogue, and sound design to create suspense, excitement, and dramatic rhythm.
Review and act on creative feedback and revision notes to improve each version of the edit.
Keep track of current trailer-editing styles and trends on YouTube.
Create conceptual trailers, teasers, or short-form videos where needed.
Work with AI-enabled editing tools to improve workflow and video performance.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 2 Jul 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, and available for a 6-month duration. Candidates should bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Other requirements

A strong interest in cinema, whether Bollywood, regional Indian films, or international movies.
Access to a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Compensation

The stipend offered for this internship is INR 7,000 to 10,000 per month.
