About the internship
This internship focuses on supporting advertisers and their agency partners in improving performance through FirstCry's marketing platform, FirstCry ADBees. The role is centered on campaign management, performance analysis, and client coordination in an office-based environment in Pune.
What you'll do
- Work with major advertisers and their agency teams to help them meet campaign objectives on FirstCry ADBees.
- Analyze campaign performance in depth and use the findings to shape KPI-led measurement approaches.
- Spot trends in performance data, suggest campaign improvements, and identify possible upsell opportunities.
- Prepare key inputs and talking points for internal reviews and meetings.
- Take part in client interactions on a regular basis to build stronger relationships.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to support smooth campaign delivery and stronger outcomes.
- Coordinate campaign launches as well as the creative production workflow.
- Handle post-campaign reviews by summarizing results and sharing recommendations that can support repeat business.
- Follow internal best-practice standards, working processes, and regular operating rhythms.
- This role offers a chance to move into a full-time position later.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 18 June 2026 and 23 July 2026, can stay for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the domain.
Compensation and perks
The stipend offered is INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate and a 5-day work week.
