About the internship
This remote, part-time HR internship is designed for candidates interested in recruitment, coordination, and people operations within a mission-led organization focused on cancer care support in India.
What you'll do
- Support hiring activities by publishing openings, reviewing applications, and narrowing down suitable candidates.
- Arrange interviews and keep professional communication flowing with applicants.
- Update HR files, tracking sheets, and related documentation accurately.
- Assist with onboarding for new interns and volunteers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and performance-related records.
- Help the HR team with engagement and coordination tasks across the team.
- Contribute to fair, unbiased hiring decisions.
- Handle multiple openings and interview schedules at the same time.
