About the internship
CapitalCORN is offering an in-office HR internship based in Bangalore. The role sits within a boutique investment banking firm that supports startups in raising funds from investors across India.
What you will do
- Identify potential candidates, review profiles, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Handle recruitment work from start to finish.
- Help refine hiring systems, processes, and day-to-day workflows.
- Keep employee records up to date and manage HR-related paperwork.
- Support tracking of performance and productivity-related information.
- Plan and run employee engagement activities and team events.
- Assist with onboarding and induction for new joiners.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and routine HR operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR databases.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
Who can apply
