About the internship

This on-site internship in Pune is focused on sales and business development for TopMentor, an e-learning platform centered on projects and placements. The role involves speaking with prospective learners, presenting course value clearly, and supporting the admission journey from first contact to enrollment.

What you’ll do

Reach out to potential leads by phone and share detailed information about TopMentor’s courses.
Communicate the key advantages and differentiators of the courses and services in a persuasive, easy-to-understand way.
Understand each lead’s needs and suggest the most suitable course options.
Respond to objections with appropriate explanations and solutions to move leads toward admission.
Keep accurate records of lead conversations and updates in the CRM.
Support follow-ups and ongoing lead nurturing to improve conversion into enrollments.
Join training sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full-time from the office, are able to begin between 1st Jul'26 and 5th Aug'26, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 12,000 to 15,000. The stipend is structured as fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 per month.

Other perks

Selected interns will receive a letter of recommendation and may follow an informal dress code.
