About the internship
This part-time remote internship is for an organised and proactive intern who can support administration, operations, and business support tasks for a grocery-focused e-commerce business. The role combines website and promotion support, operational coordination, data handling, and shipment follow-up, giving hands-on exposure to business processes and decision-making.
What you will do
- Help update the website, research products, check pricing, and support the rollout of promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with everyday operations by entering data carefully, mapping transactions, and supporting reconciliation and reporting work.
- Track shipments, work with vendors and carriers, and follow through on delivery problems and claims until they are resolved.
- Organise, clean, prepare, and analyse data to produce reports, summaries, and insights that can guide business decisions.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are available during the required night shift, can begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and can commit for 6 months. Schedule and working hours
The internship follows an evening schedule from Monday to Saturday. Working hours are from 7:00 PM IST for a total of 5 hours each day. The company’s local working hours are 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
