Role overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Victoria, BC site. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary range of $20.00 to $25.00. The role is for an already open vacancy.

What you will do

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials manually and with forklift support.
• Assemble outgoing orders and verify that the correct quantities and product types are shipped.
• Secure freight and loads in line with required safety standards.
• Label, tag, and organize stock so it is stored in the proper location.
• When needed, make deliveries using a small truck.
• Track shipping supplies and other warehouse materials.
• Enter updated inventory details into the ERP system.
• Escalate inventory mismatches to management.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with company policies and safety rules.

What you bring

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Prior hands-on forklift experience.
• A forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in lumber or panel products is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull around 75 lbs safely.
