Virtual Relationship Manager - Bank

Role Overview

This position is for a Virtual Relationship Manager in a banking sales setup. The role focuses on managing branch-level sales activity online, working assigned leads, coordinating with partner channels, and supporting customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one assigned branch and coordinate its online sales activities end to end.
• Work on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
• Coordinate and manage tie-up partners as part of the sales process.
• Handle walk-in customers and guide them through the offered solutions.
• Promote additional products through cross-selling.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for candidates with sales or marketing exposure. A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required, and freshers are not eligible for this opening. Applicants should be between 21 and 40 years of age. The role is open to candidates from any graduate background and is a pan-India on-roll hiring opportunity.
