About the Role
Report Bharat is a rapidly growing digital news platform with a large daily audience. The company is adding to its creative team and is hiring for two separate video-focused roles to support news content, social media output, and brand promotions.
Role 1: Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro Specialist)
This role is suited to editors who work quickly, understand current short-form content trends, and can immediately capture viewer attention.
- Experience range: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with a strong showreel may also be considered.
- Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 per month.
- Edit energetic news clips, Reels, and Shorts with a fast turnaround.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging stories through tight cuts and effective pacing.
- Add background music, sound effects, motion text, and subtitles to improve the final output.
Role 1 Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. The ideal candidate should be quick, efficient, and familiar with the style and rhythm of social media video trends.
Role 2: Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor (After Effects Expert)
This position is intended for a creative professional who is equally comfortable with graphic design and advanced animation work.
- Experience range: 1 to 3 years. A strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Compensation: Industry standard, depending on experience and expertise.
- Handle both still design and video by creating social media graphics and posters, then animating them into premium video assets.
- Produce motion graphics, explainer videos, custom intros, outros, and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop and animate advertisements for corporate brands, including L-band ads, animated pop-ups, and sponsor placements.
Role 2 Requirements
Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. A strong eye for typography, colour harmony, and layout composition is also important.
