UX Designer

Role Overview

GTS Consulting is looking for a UX Designer in Singapore to shape product direction, improve visual quality, and elevate the overall user experience across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and developers to build practical, creative solutions that influence product direction, visual design, and user experience.
• Handle the full visual design workflow, starting from early concepts through to the final transfer of assets and specifications to engineering.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user journeys, process flows, and site maps to clearly present interaction concepts and design thinking.
• Carry out user research and analyze feedback to continuously refine and improve the experience for users.
• Define, document, and encourage consistent design standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
• Keep current with emerging UX methods, tools, trends, and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with teams across functions to deliver a unified and consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in UX design, backed by a portfolio that demonstrates relevant project work.
• Ability to use design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or comparable tools.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
• Experience producing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
