Role Overview
UCI-India is growing its US staffing function and is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy recruiter to support IT hiring for clients across the United States. This position is based in Vadodara and suits someone who enjoys finding strong technical talent, working in a high-speed environment, and solving recruitment challenges.
Work Details
Location: Iscon Atria 2, Gotri Main Road, Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM EST (US shift)
Work arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
The role involves end-to-end sourcing and screening of technical candidates, collaborating with US delivery teams, and maintaining active hiring pipelines for recurring requirements. The recruiter will also work with recruitment tools and databases to keep hiring activity organized and efficient.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has prior experience in US IT staffing, understands technical hiring for roles such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, QA, and Salesforce, and is comfortable working with W2, C2C, and visa-related hiring categories. Strong communication skills and familiarity with sourcing platforms and networking tools are essential.
