About the Role

InfoStride is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. This role is crucial for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess direct experience in US staffing, including working with state, federal, and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for various roles within the US staffing landscape.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract top-tier candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, relevant experience, and suitability for the role.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to submitting candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure meticulous processing of all recruitment-related documentation, including resumes, interview evaluations, and offer letters.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a specific focus on the US staffing process.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging with state and federal clients, as well as direct clients within the US staffing sector.

Additional Information

This is a 100% onsite position located in Mohali, Sector 83. The working hours are from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST.
