ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role overview
The UI/UX Designer will shape digital experiences that are easy to use, visually polished, and aligned with product and business goals. The work spans user research, interface design, interaction design, and visual communication for web and mobile products.
What you will do
You will turn user needs and business requirements into practical design outputs such as wireframes, user journeys, information structures, mockups, and interactive prototypes. The role focuses on creating interfaces that are usable, accessible, responsive, and consistent across devices.
You will work with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and fellow designers to clarify requirements, test concepts, and support smooth implementation of design solutions. You will also help build and maintain design systems, reusable components, style guides, and design standards so products stay consistent and scalable.
In addition, you will run usability tests, user interviews, competitor reviews, and design assessments to uncover ways to improve customer satisfaction and product performance. You will review feedback and product data, then refine designs to keep improving the overall experience.
The role also includes supporting branding efforts, preparing design documentation, taking part in design reviews, and contributing to ongoing improvement. You should stay current with new design trends, accessibility expectations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and capabilities
This role calls for a solid grounding in UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design methods.
You should be comfortable using standard design and prototyping tools to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity screens, design systems, and production-ready assets. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design is considered an advantage.
A strong eye for typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and consistency is important, along with careful attention to detail.
You should also be able to interpret research findings, business goals, and stakeholder input, then convert them into clear and effective design outcomes.
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential, as the role involves explaining design choices, leading discussions, and collaborating across functions during the full product development cycle.
Creativity, organization, flexibility, and the ability to handle several design tasks at once are also important in this fast-moving, collaborative environment.
