Role Overview

Based in Huntsville, AL, this UI/UX Designer position centers on shaping how a product or website functions and feels for end users. The role calls for a professional who can translate user needs into clean, effective, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Who You Are

You should be a security-cleared professional, or someone able to complete the required screening and background checks and qualify for a government-issued clearance. The role also requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 4 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.

What You Will Do

• Uncover users’ practical and emotional needs and turn those insights into a more engaging experience.
• Design user experiences informed by research findings and workflow analysis.
• Bring strong creativity, technical capability, and problem-solving skills to the role.
• Develop front-end design wireframes, mockups, templates, and other design assets needed for software development.
• Collaborate with solution and system architects to interpret requirements and create the most appropriate front-end design direction.
• Build user-focused designs that align with current design trends and emphasize the user’s perspective.
• Create and help implement web page designs and full theme concepts for websites and portals.
