  • Oversee booking-in tasks and make sure transport carriers are kept informed.
  • Maintain transport documentation accurately and ensure records remain current.
  • Prepare customer billing in line with agreed service timelines and discrepancy coding.
  • Assist with month-end and period-end administration.
  • Track Proof of Delivery documents and ensure they are returned within the required SLA window.
  • Liaise with transport providers to secure POD compliance.
  • Organise transport collections and uplifts, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Spot discrepancies and follow them through until they are closed out.
  • Deal with delivery and collection issues in a timely manner.
  • Raise and escalate problems early where needed so they can be addressed quickly.

Requirements
