About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with both prospective and current customers over the phone, using persuasive conversations and well-structured scripts to make a strong impression and support revenue growth. The role focuses on building trust, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and creating a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a professional and engaging first impression during every customer call.
- Reach out to potential buyers and existing customers to discuss products and generate interest.
- Use scripts and quick thinking to keep conversations productive and open new sales opportunities.
- Go beyond the basic pitch to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Maintain strong customer relationships that support repeat business.
- Explain product features clearly and respond to customer questions in a helpful way.
- Provide honest, accurate answers to all customer queries.
- Use sales scripts effectively to handle objections and close sales.
- Build strong product knowledge so recommendations match customer needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for call volume and sales performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bengaluru or open to relocating there.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of English; bilingual ability will be an advantage.
- Calm, patient, and able to manage rejection and pressure well.
- Active listening skills and professional telephone manner.
- Able to follow scripts naturally without sounding repetitive or robotic.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using relevant computer applications.
- Eager to learn, achieve targets, and grow in the role.
- Reliable, punctual, and effective at managing time.
- Positive mindset with high energy and enthusiasm.
