Telecalling Intern

About the Role

This internship is for a telecalling profile based in Dehradun. The selected candidate will support customer outreach and communication for a fintech lending business that works through its product, Neolend.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential customers by phone and engage them in outbound conversations.
• Respond to incoming queries and share relevant details clearly and accurately.
• Present the company’s products and services, and resolve customer concerns.
• Keep daily call records updated and maintain CRM entries regularly.
• Stay in touch with prospects and existing leads through timely follow-ups.
• Work toward the assigned daily and weekly goals for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Who the Company Is

Surge Fintech Private Limited is a financial technology company that offers payday loan solutions to salaried individuals through Neolend. It functions as a facilitator and works with NBFC partners to manage the full lending cycle, including credit checks, loan disbursal, and collections.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Applicants should be able to begin between 8 June 2026 and 25 July 2026.
• The internship duration is 6 months.
• Only candidates from Dehradun are eligible to apply.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.
• Women who want to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
