About the Fellowship
The fellowship offered by Utpatti - The Finishing School is an intensive 6-month industry-guided program that merges theoretical knowledge with practical corporate experience. Unlike conventional internships, participants engage in actual business operations, benefiting from structured mentorship and acquiring valuable skills by tackling real-world problems. Throughout the fellowship, candidates collaborate closely with seasoned industry experts and receive direct coaching from the CEO, gaining insight into the workings of rapidly growing companies.
Those passionate about technical product management will find this fellowship ideal for gaining hands-on experience in areas such as product strategy, discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, stakeholder coordination, agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and product analytics. The scope extends beyond India to include projects from Singapore and Malaysia. Graduates from this program become highly competent, industry-ready technical product managers.
Upon successful transition to full-time employment, fellows can anticipate an annual salary ranging from INR 300,000 to 450,000.
Responsibilities
- Support the collection and analysis of product requirements.
- Assist in coordinating project activities.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available to work full-time at the office in Hyderabad.
- Internship start dates range between August 1, 2026 and September 5, 2026.
- A commitment to the full 6-month duration is essential.
- Relevant skills and genuine interest in the field are required.
- Candidates should be Computer Science Engineering students or graduates.
- Currently enrolled students must be able to attend office hours in the latter half of their designated weekdays.
- Working on Saturdays in the office is mandatory; Sundays and Mondays are off.
- Graduates must be available from Tuesday through Saturday.
- Candidates need to possess their own laptop for the fellowship duration.
About the Company
Utpatti - The Finishing School operates under Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt Ltd and is a flagship fellowship program, which dedicates 25% of the time to training and the remaining 75% to live projects. These projects serve various brands such as Mitt Arv, Scambuster, EXT India, and Travel & Payments. The founder is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta with prior experience at multinational firms like Microsoft, Expedia, and VISA, currently leading operations from Hyderabad.
