Guided by a 150+ year legacy, the company emphasizes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivering finished goods to the right location at the right time with the required service level.
Key responsibilities
- Review supply plans and net dispatch needs, taking network complexity and supply limits into account, and maintain an 18-month production plan for the factory in scope.

- Handle planning exceptions, make prioritization decisions or escalate for arbitration where needed, and update plans accordingly.
- Set and track short- and long-term production requirements and ensure production plans are followed through.
- Maintain strong customer service levels for domestic and Inter-Market Supply customers while meeting working capital and freshness targets and limiting bad goods impact.
- Define finished-goods stock policies for Inter-Market Supply with receiving-market planners and regularly review domestic and receiving-market stock levels to address deviations early.
- Identify volume-variance issues that could affect supply and improve logistics and supply-planning processes, tools, and methods to deliver measurable benefits such as time savings and better efficiency.
- Work with manufacturing teams to manage lot sizes and cycle times, and support demand planners in improving forecast accuracy and demand planning quality.
