The role spans demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement coordination, and retail fulfilment, with a strong focus on smooth operations and reliable stock availability.
You will partner with teams across production, new product development and launches, and third-party logistics to keep product movement seamless, protect service levels, and improve operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Take charge of the operational supply chain for skincare brand portfolios that are growing from e-commerce into major retail channels.
- Maintain product availability by managing demand planning, inventory, procurement coordination, and fulfilment across retail and digital channels.
- Use retail fulfilment experience for large accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Target, and Sephora to support strong execution.
- Run demand planning to support forecasts for sales, marketing, and product launches.
- Track stock movement from suppliers through warehouses to end customers and retail partners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure supply is ready for new launches and promotional activity.
- Develop and maintain reliable forecasts across e-commerce, Amazon, and retail channels.
- Balance inventory levels to support service performance while protecting working capital.
- Review sales trends to spot supply risks early and adjust plans accordingly.
- Manage inventory across the full product lifecycle, including launch, promotion, and discontinuation stages.
- Coordinate with procurement teams on production forecasts and packaging needs.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure supplier timing and quality standards are met.
- Support cost efficiency through smarter planning and stronger supplier collaboration.
- Make sure deliveries to retail partners are on time and compliant.
- Partner with 3PL and logistics teams to solve fulfilment problems quickly.
- Track retail KPIs such as OTIF, case fill rate, and lead time, and drive corrective action where needed.
- Work alongside Sales Operations and Customer Service to resolve delivery issues.
- Keep inventory and product data accurate and up to date.
- Prepare leadership reports on supply, demand, and inventory performance.
- Look for ways to improve processes, raise efficiency, and lower operating costs.
- Collaborate with Brand, Finance, and Product Development to align supply chain plans with wider business goals.
- Share operational input that supports financial forecasting, promotions, and planning.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations within skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Proven background in managing fulfilment for major retail customers such as Costco, Walmart, Target, or Sephora.
- Hands-on experience running supply operations across both e-commerce and retail channels.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply and demand planning.
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical ability and a data-led approach to decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly structured, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- A continuous-improvement mindset.
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and operational excellence.
