About The Role
The Student Support Assistant will play a vital role in fostering the inclusion of pupils with additional educational needs within the school community. This position involves working closely with individual students to help them overcome learning barriers, such as difficulties with English language, social-emotional challenges, behavioral issues, or other academic needs. The primary objective is to facilitate effective learning for the student in both group and individual settings, both inside and outside the classroom. In collaboration with Class Teachers, the Student Support Assistant will contribute to the development and implementation of tailored support programs.

Interested candidates are required to submit a CV, a letter of application, and the contact details for two professional referees, one of whom must be the applicant's current Line Manager.
