Store Manager - BWS Anglesea

About the Role

BWS is seeking a Store Manager for its Anglesea location. The role is focused on leading a lively, customer-focused retail environment and bringing energy, imagination, and people-first leadership to the store. BWS operates a large network of local bottle shops across Australia and is looking for someone who can help create a positive team culture while delivering strong commercial results.

What You’ll Do

• Guide, encourage, and develop the store team so they can meet goals and perform at a high standard, using both company programs and your own initiative.
• Build a customer-focused and safety-conscious culture, while always looking for better ways of working.
• Manage and assign daily work across stock control, store presentation, housekeeping, and team coordination, with a strong emphasis on sales growth and budget delivery.
• Use strong people skills to create an excellent experience for customers and colleagues.
• Spot opportunities to improve business performance and achieve key targets and measures.
• Ensure the store follows alcohol service rules and compliance requirements.
• Shape the store’s look, feel, and local activity so it connects well with the community and customers.
