Role overview

This is an entry-level retail sales associate position with schedules designed to fit different lifestyles. The work typically includes handling cash, processing fuel purchases, cleaning, and restocking shelves. In some foodservice-focused locations, the job also involves preparing food and following food safety practices. A friendly customer experience and a cooperative team environment are central to the role.

What the role involves

• Delivering helpful, positive service and working to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Keeping the store neat, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
• Preparing and presenting food properly, including making coffee and other customer favorites where required.
• Handling cash accurately, completing fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty rewards program.
• Following health code requirements and food safety procedures.
• Managing a physically active shift that can involve repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Candidate profile
