Solution Architecture Manager

Role Overview

Join a well-known Saudi banking institution in Jeddah as a Solution Architecture Manager. In this full-time, onsite position, you will steer enterprise architecture direction, shape solution delivery, and connect strategic business goals with practical technology execution across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints and roadmaps spanning infrastructure, products, and services.
• Oversee solution architecture governance from the earliest project stages through deployment and handover.
• Partner with senior leaders to advise on technology choices and help shape cross-functional technology strategy.
• Ensure infrastructure decisions remain aligned with the wider architecture vision.
• Lead, coach, and support architects to strengthen team capability and delivery quality.
• Contribute to technical assessment of RFI/RFP responses and support vendor selection decisions.

Required Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in IT architecture is expected, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Hands-on knowledge of banking technology architecture is essential.
• You should be able to turn business needs into workable technical designs.
• Professional credentials such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or CISSP are considered a strong plus.
