Role Summary
Clarus is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to join its Technology Operations team. The position suits someone who enjoys tackling complex issues, strengthening business systems, guiding colleagues, and partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to improve outcomes.
In this role, you will take ownership of the stability, support, ongoing enhancement and long-term development of important business applications and platforms. You will also provide technical direction, mentor team members, contribute to project work, and help ensure the systems remain secure, effective and ready for future needs.
The position may be based in either Bell Block or Wellington.
Requirements
Applicants should bring a relevant qualification and a people-focused approach, along with experience in enterprise applications or business systems. The role calls for strong analysis and problem-solving ability, confidence in building trusted relationships across technical and non-technical groups, and experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others.
