Role Overview

The company is hiring a meticulous SEM Analyst to run and improve paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The position requires a mix of campaign execution and performance analysis to keep budgets on track, maintain clean measurement, and deliver dependable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee always-on as well as promotional paid search campaigns through Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
• Track spend closely to maintain both daily and monthly budget pacing.
• Enforce consistent campaign naming, structure, and tracking discipline.
• Handle platform-level issues and coordinate support when troubleshooting is needed.
• Bring together paid search performance data using GA4, ERP outputs, and Shopify exports.
• Maintain and improve Google Merchant Center product feeds.
• Use advanced Excel methods to study campaign performance and draw insights.

Requirements

• Background in SEM or paid search campaign management.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and IF formulas.
• Prior exposure to e-commerce environments; Shopify experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
