Security Guard

Role overview

G4S is hiring professionally trained Security Guards to help safeguard sites such as construction areas, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The role involves visible on-ground security presence, routine checks, access control, emergency response, CCTV observation, and supporting efforts to detect and stop suspicious or unlawful activity.

Key duties

• Safeguard property, premises, and confidential information.
• Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor as per site procedure.
• Follow all company policies and operating procedures without exception.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental instructions at all times.
• Use and oversee security equipment and monitoring systems.
• Manage entry and exit of people, materials, and vehicles.
• Carry out foot patrols to spot unsafe or risky conditions on the property.
• Check external parking zones to protect vehicles and identify unauthorized access.
• Prepare reports and documentation whenever required.

Candidate profile

• Minimum qualification required is 10th pass.
• Men should be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall; women should be at least 5 feet tall.
• Freshers should be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Experienced security guards can apply up to 40 years of age.
• Applicants must be physically and medically fit and present a mature appearance.
