Role Overview

The company is hiring an experienced Scrum Master or Project Manager to guide Agile software teams and support successful delivery. This position involves working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly while encouraging a productive Agile culture.

The role is especially suited to someone with consulting experience who can juggle several priorities, run Scrum ceremonies, and support delivery of innovative software products, including work that uses modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile values and Scrum practices to strengthen teamwork, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to set priorities, clear blockers, and support successful execution.
• Oversee project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor team progress and share updates, milestones, and performance metrics with both internal and external audiences.
• Promote accountability, openness, and ongoing improvement within delivery teams.
• Partner with technical leads and product stakeholders to align business objectives with technical implementation.
• Help coordinate teams working on AI-enabled software solutions across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Maintain effective communication across distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting setting.

What We're Looking For

• 10 or more years of experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-based software initiatives.
• Proven success leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software work.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to identify risks and blockers and keep delivery on course.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, collaborative, and evolving software environments.
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in LATAM and the United States. Working hours are generally around 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, and occasional late evenings may be required when deadlines are tight. Because the company serves security-conscious clients, background checks are required. The position is available immediately.
