Company Overview
Everlast Gyms is looking for a Sales Host to join its Llanelli club. This position is a full-time onsite role, scheduled for 40 hours per week.
The business places people at the centre of its service, expecting team members to bring energy, ambition, strong fitness knowledge, and a consistently high level of customer care. The aim is to create an experience that motivates members while raising standards across the club.

Role Summary
The Sales Host will focus on member experience, sales conversion, retention, and day-to-day support across the club. The role combines customer interaction, sales follow-up, club presentation, and operational cover where needed.
Key Duties
- Create a standout experience for prospects, members, and guests, using every interaction to support sales and retention.
- Actively promote memberships, renewals, upgrades, and extra spend across food and beverage, retail, and fitness products.
- Turn enquiries into memberships through strong objection handling, consultative selling, and timely follow-up.
- Strengthen retention by building relationships, spotting members who may be at risk, and suggesting relevant services or products.
- Lead personalised gym tours based on each person’s goals and highlight suitable facilities and services to support upselling.
- Work toward and exceed both individual and club performance targets.
- Serve as a capable key holder when needed, including support with opening, closing, and shift cover.
- Learn and confidently use membership software and other business systems; training will be provided.
- Represent the brand positively by supporting fitness challenges, class concepts, and the Workout Wednesday initiative.
- Help maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and gym floor presentation so the club consistently looks its best.
- Assist the Head Coach with gym resets and other ad hoc fitness-related tasks on and off the gym floor.
- Stay well informed about the products and services available to members.
- Handle questions and complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues to management when necessary.
