Timber Acoustics is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Intern to assist our sales team and enhance client experiences remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who appreciate engaging with customers, finding solutions, and wish to develop their sales expertise in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and manage leads for the sales department.
- Address customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Provide customers with answers regarding products and resolve basic questions effectively.
- Engage potential clients through follow-ups to facilitate lead conversion into sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
- Gather feedback and reviews post-purchase to elevate client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems accurately.
- Recognize customer issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to reaching sales targets and improving customer success metrics.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a remote internship starting between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
- Commitment to the full 3-month internship duration is required.
- Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in sales and client relationship management.
