What the role involves

• Work with the wider team to create a warm, friendly arrival and departure experience so guests are happy to return and recommend the property.
• Engage with guests in a suitable, thoughtful way and encourage feedback through the guest experience survey.
• Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas to the required Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and safety by following opening and closing procedures consistently.
