Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Join PUMA’s retail team in Winnipeg as a part-time Sales Associate. The role is focused on delivering excellent in-store service, supporting sales performance, and helping keep the store operating smoothly and safely. What you’ll do

• Deliver a consistently strong customer experience that aligns with PUMA’s brand values and service expectations.
• Support store performance by helping the team meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Handle checkout transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching merchandise as it moves in and out of the store.
• Help monitor inventory, stock levels, counts, and product availability.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, operational standards, and assigned accountabilities.
• Contribute to a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment.
• Be available for non-standard schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may also be required.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of retail experience, or other relevant experience, is preferred.
• A strong team-oriented mindset.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store needs.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Physical ability to remain on your feet, walk throughout the shift, and handle tasks requiring speaking, hearing, near/far vision, depth perception, and field of vision.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay for this part-time position is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus benefits. Pay may differ based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefit details are included in the part-time benefit summary.
