Role overview
This position is responsible for steering assigned retail product categories toward stronger sales, healthier margins, and well-controlled inventory. The role supports retail execution across launches, promotions, and seasonal programs while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve category results.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned product categories and work toward sales, profitability, and inventory goals.
- Coordinate product introductions, promotional activity, and seasonal retail campaigns across channels.
- Track sales trends, sell-through performance, and stock movement, then identify gaps and recommend corrective action.
- Refine the product assortment and SKU structure to strengthen category outcomes.
- Study market movements and competitor actions to inform commercial decisions.
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure plans are delivered smoothly.
- Compile recurring sales updates and translate findings into practical recommendations for management.
Requirements
