Role overview
This is a permanent part-time store role based at Pearse Street in Ballina, County Mayo. You will work 10 hours each week and earn €14.70 per hour. At Holland & Barrett, the retail team helps people make informed choices about health and wellbeing, creating a positive shopping experience every day.
What you will be doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for shoppers and support them on their wellness journey.
- Ensure shelves are filled, displays remain attractive, and promotional activity is executed correctly.
- Help uphold store standards relating to safety, compliance, and overall presentation.
- Complete the Qualified to Advise training so you can provide reliable product guidance.
- Use your developing product knowledge to suggest suitable items and solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals and contribute to strong results.
- Represent the brand as a health and wellness ambassador for customers.
