Role Overview
The Remote Project Operations Specialist helps keep projects on track by coordinating operational plans, organizing workflows, and monitoring performance so delivery stays aligned with targets.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
- Follow progress against milestones and key deliverables.
- Keep operational records and project documentation up to date.
- Review project performance indicators and flag issues when needed.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to support smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in project operations or business support is preferred.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with analysis and interpreting performance data.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to juggle several priorities at once.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly pay ranges from $5,800 to $6,800.
