• Spearhead the expansion of microfinance, NBFC, MFI, group loan, and individual loan products to drive significant business growth.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

• Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

• Possess 12 to 20 years of professional experience, preferably within the microfinance or related NBFC sectors.
• Demonstrate a proven history of successfully managing teams and achieving substantial business growth.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of current trends and regulatory landscapes within the financial services industry.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
• Apply strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and guide strategic decision-making.
