Regional General Manager

Role overview

The Regional General Manager is a full-time remote position focused on driving business performance, operational excellence, and expansion within an assigned region. The role carries accountability for regional profit and loss, goal setting, and tracking key metrics to support revenue growth, profitability, and high service standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and support regional teams, providing coaching and direction to improve results and team effectiveness.
• Translate company strategy into local execution and keep regional activities aligned with broader business priorities.
• Partner with leaders across sales, operations, finance, and customer success to coordinate plans and resolve issues.
• Study market movements, spot growth opportunities, and roll out initiatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and ensure adherence to company policies as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven background in regional or multi-location management with ownership of revenue, operations, and customer experience.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building, motivating, and developing distributed teams in a remote environment.
• Solid command of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-based performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage complex priorities, run multiple initiatives at once, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Comfort using remote collaboration tools, along with strong organization and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in a similar regional leadership role within a growth-focused organization is preferred.
